By activating joint stability through the mobility component, the yoga portion of the practice feels more fluid and accessible. FLOWX is scalable to all levels. 

MO+RE

XCAL's Signature hybrid format, blends mobility and recovery with elements of bodyweight conditioning and yoga stretches. Discover how to refine your movements through the application of dynamic stretching. In MO+RE, we also incorporate some high intensity interval training (HIIT) to beef up your cardio capacity while simultaneously increasing your range of motion (ROM). MO+RE is accessible to all levels. 

RESTORE

Relax, recover, and improve your overall well-being in this slower paced yoga class. RESTORE focuses on your physical, mental, and emotional relaxation through long holds, stillness, and deep breathing It also targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.

FUNDAMENTALS

Yoga class for all levels.  Build as well as refine your foundation. We break down the poses in more detail to help you feel more confident in your body and practice. In FUNDAMENTALS, gain a better understanding of how certain postures benefit you and your body. Also, learn how to adapt certain postures to cater to your specific needs.
