Sunrise Hike

What better way to celebrate a new day than hiking in the dark to reach summit for a killer sunrise? There's nothing quite like sitting on top of a mountain to watch the sun rise above the horizon of the Blue Ridge. We will do a silent meditation and a guided short and sweet yoga practice. Coffee and brekky at a local coffee shop in Sperryville after! 

What to bring:

flashlight/headlamp

layers (recommended)

bug spray (if desired)
